Personal Home Inspection Tool app for iPhone and iPad

This App has been designed to help First-time homebuyers do their own home inspection to identify any that require major repair or minor fixing before they make the largest investment of their life. The TOOL has the user look for specific types of notable issues in 7 key property areas: Exterior, Basement, Bathroom, Kitchen, etc. responding to Yes/No or N/A (Not Applicable) questions and provides a final PDF inspection report emailed to the user of the issue concerns and percentage of issues which may be present prior to purchase based on responses.
The app allows user to access 2 free property inspections but user can purchase package in order to access unlimited property inspections.
